Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions as they constitute a binding contract between you (referred to as ‘The Client’) and us (Weblix Solutions, also referred to as ‘the Company’). Your acceptance of these terms begins upon signing our Hosting Agreement, Website Design Agreement, Website Development Agreement, SEO Agreement, or Support Agreement.

We have designed these Terms and Conditions to be concise, easily understood, and straightforward. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact us.

Terminology:

  • You (‘The Client’)
  • Us (Weblix Solutions, ‘the Company’)
  • The Project: The scope of work being undertaken, typically involving consultation, graphic design, website design, website development, SEO, and/or hosting.

Mutual Agreements: Client Agrees To:

  • Provide the Company with all requested materials within a reasonable timeframe, including text, images, and relevant information.
  • Submit text and images in the specified format (details outlined under Photographs and Images).
  • Review the Company’s work promptly, offer feedback, and provide approval in a timely manner.
  • Make diligent efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Adhere to the payment schedule outlined on our prices page or agreed upon separately for customized work.
  • Disclose any confidential information in advance through written or verbal communication, clearly marking such information as ‘confidential’.
  • Notify in writing or by email with a minimum of one month’s notice for contract cancellations.

The Company Agrees To:

  • Execute services in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Provide a reasonable number of revisions to design, layout, colors, etc., until satisfaction is achieved or a mutual agreement is likely to be reached (with a maximum of 2 major revisions).
  • Aim to complete requested website revisions or updates within 48 hours whenever feasible. The entitlement to revisions per month depends on your support package, as detailed on our prices page.
  • Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge through regular training and research.
  • Initiate contact before the end of the first 12-month period to discuss options for ongoing website maintenance, support, and/or hosting.

Online Payments: All payments to Weblix Solutions using online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions:

  • Funds will be deducted from your card or debit card account in the selected currency upon completion of the online payment form.
  • Due to transaction processing by external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating payments in Weblix Solutions records.
  • Payments are deposited into the Weblix Solutions bank account.
  • Online payments are secure, processed directly by the Payment Gateway, and credit card details are encrypted to protect privacy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued in the event of service cancellation.

Delivery Timeline: The standard delivery timeframe for any services is as agreed upon in the proposal.
